DESCRIPTION:Step into the shadows this Halloween season for a one-of-a-kind cinematic experience in the hauntingly beautiful surroundings of St John’s Kirk of Perth! \nOn Wednesday 29th October at 7:30pm\, the 1925 silent film masterpiece The Phantom of the Opera will flicker to life on the big screen\, accompanied by the thunderous\, spine-tingling sound of the Kirk’s magnificent pipe organ – performed live by international award-winning organist Aaron Hawthorne. \nWith its centuries-old atmosphere\, St John’s Kirk is the perfect setting to encounter Lon Chaney’s iconic portrayal of the Phantom – a tale of mystery\, obsession\, and the dark allure of the Paris Opera House.
